The wireless channel used by Miracast devices to connect to the ScreenBeam Receiver is determined by the device's connection to a wireless router or access point. The channel used by your router may not be a clean channel in your environment.
- Disconnect the Miracast device from the ScreenBeam Receiver.
- Power cycle the Wi-Fi Router and allow it to automatically select a clean wireless channel (refer to the Wi-Fi Router user guide). Allow your Miracast device to reconnect to the Wi-Fi Router, and then reconnect your device to ScreenBeam Receiver. If the problem persists, consult with your Wi-Fi Router user manual for instructions on how to manually select a clean wireless channel.
