Reboot both the ScreenBeam Mini 2 and your device and try the connection again.
Try removing the stored profile from the system using the following steps:
Windows 8.1:
Devices > Project > Add a wireless display
Select the ScreenBeam receiver listed under Projectors heading.
Click/Tap Remove Device; select Yes to confirm.
Reconnect through Devices > Project > Add a wireless display.
Windows 10:
Open Device Manager
View > Show Hidden Devices
Locate the ScreenBeam receiver listed under “Miracast Display Devices” category.
Right-click receiver > Uninstall
REBOOT before attempting to connect to ScreenBeam again.

Bella,
The "Oops, something went wrong" message indicates your phone or tablet is not completing the Miracast connection to the ScreenBeam Mini 2.
See the following article.

You may need to contact your Cellphone or tablet manufacturer for further assistance.
