Check the following:
- Verify the Power LED is lit on the ScreenBeam Mini 2.
- Verify that the ScreenBeam Mini 2 is properly seated in the HDMI port (use included HDMI extension cable if needed) and that the power cable is seated firmly.
- Verify that the TV is set to the same HDMI input that the Mini 2 is connected to.
If using a USB port from the TV (or another device), please try connecting to the included AC wall adapter instead. USB ports on some devices will not provide the required power/amperage to effectively run the ScreenBeam Mini 2.
