I need to revert back to the 1.15.4 firmware. I upgraded to the 1.17.5 firmware and I am losing connection numerous times a day connecting to my work via VPN. The 1.15.4 firmware was more solid and I can live with losing the connection once a day instead of several times a day! Please post a link to the 1.15.4 firmware so I can downgrade. When in the GUI of the device, I can see that it lists a backup image of the 1.15.4 firmware but I am unable to access it.
I've been using the ECB6250 since 2020 on my network. I didn't know there was a firmware upgrade available until yesterday. I though it would fix the minor issue that I've been having so I flashed the firmware from 1.15.4 to 1.17.5. This made my disconnections more frequent from only once every couple of days. I want to flash back to 1.15.4 and just need the version of the firmware. I can flash it back with no problem. Can you send me a link so I can download it to flash back?
The 1.15.4 firmware was the original firmware that the device came out with back in 2020. We no longer have access to that file to send you a link. The only files we have access to are the ones posted on our website. So at this time, I cannot provide you with a link to any other file other than the one for 1.17.5.
Screenbeam does not post these instructions. I am not sure why but since their firmware is using the same code as the goCoax version you can try. But I believe Mike T is on to something about it not being a firmware issue.
To revert the backup image. Please try these steps:

Warning to others that go through with a firmware update: the management IP will revert to the default of 192.168.144.200 !
What are the relevant changes in this firmware version, at least with respect to upgrading from 1.15.4 ?

There are no instructions to downgrade the firmware on those devices. If you are losing your connection more often now I would suggest you take a look at the article. https://retailsupport.screenbeam.com/hc/en-us/articles/360052603691-MoCA-Docsis-3-1-compatibility. The device backs up the previous firmware when flashed with a new one. How do you revert back?

2, Press the reset button
3, Power on the device
4, Wait for about 10s, release the reset button.
