My MoCA devices have the same model number but different firmware versions, what should I do?

Sometimes our users have purchased different MoCA product kits and different single MoCA adapters all with the same model numbers at different times and from different stores. But their units might have mixed firmware versions. We know that our units are backwards compatible with older firmware's of the same model type. But we always recommend that you run the same firmware version on all of the units with the same model number. 

So if you have devices with the same model number but the firmware version is different please upgrade all your units to the same firmware version. If you need help determining the current firmware version please give us a call or open a support ticket with our team.
