Due to the different number of hardware versions released for this product 2A, 2B, 2C, and 4A.
Please contact us here and be sure when asking for the latest firmware upgrade to include your hardware version in the description of your problem field.
To determine the hardware version of your device please look at the FCC sticker on the back of the device and look near the bar codes for the letters "H/W:" Please see the image below to know where to look.
